Contracting a mandate with the owner to lease the property for a period of 12 months.
Advertising the property on our letting list, which is available in the office (as a result of our prime location (with high rent) we have large numbers of “feet” that visit us directly). We have a glass-fronted office and our television screen advertises what we have on our extended database. All products therefore are visible on a constant basis to all who walk past.
Letting list is e-mailed to potential tenants.
Advertising in the local newspaper if necessary.
Drawing up the entire lease with the prospective tenant (which is not realised immediately with the first potential tenant in all cases; then the process and administration start again from scratch).
